"Dont do what YOU think...Do What Works!!"...

As I was away all day yesterday…took the grandkids out visiting pond supply shops all over the place…There little faces as they saw the chickens, ducks ,geese…they even saw some ponds and fish!!... (Yes I know its called marketing) …

So today I’m busy reading a bit, before I start my real work. When I was in one of the forums I belong to…I noticed a great post which I thought id share with you!!...

The person who puts the post on basically said:-…

They had read a lot of sales materials from internet marketing sites…They had even bought quite a lot of the products offered...He then went on to say some were great and some down right awful!!...

He was saying there was a common theme though…”FEAR”!!...

He kept seeing fear…doubt…uncertainty being bought by the advertiser…he was saying this he though was a sort of disturbing trend…bring “FEAR”!!...to the potential customer??...

He then went on to say…
After a while I started to feel this kind of …”FEAR”!!... all the time; The “FEAR”!!... of missing out on the next big thing, the “FEAR”!!... of being overtaken by my competitors, nothing but “FEAR”!!..”FEAR”!!...”FEAR”!!...

He then went on to say…

I realize this is done on purpose, but I just got so tired of it that I almost lost sight of what it was that I was actually trying to do!!...

Namely like me/you/and countless others…Start up his/mine/yours very successful home based business!!...So he could escape the rat-race and become successful…and support himself and his family!!...

So what he had the most difficulty… and he would like some help with. Was finding potential prospects without spreading “THE FEAR FACTOR”!!...

He said “I’ve had more than my fill of that junk, and I surely do not want to do it to someone else”!!...

This was my personal response!!...

Your right of course...It’s supposedly “Clever marketing techniques!!”...

I purposefully said supposedly because all the great copywriters tell you...

"Nothing…but Nothing Pulls in the Big Bucks More Than Positivity!!”...

The fear should only ever be used to (close the deal/secure the sale) … "Make the potential customer feel like there missing out if they don’t order Press The Order Button…RIGHT NOW!!”…

So my question to that would be...the same as my feelings of the ruddy drop downs that come one after the other whilst you are trying to leave a site...

"Maybe it`s time to change"??...

However saying that and you need to learn these techniques pretty early on...”If you want to compete/succeed with the big guru types!!”...

"Don’t do what YOU THINK IS RIGHT"!!....

"Just copy WHAT WORKS!!"...

It`s not about fame and fortune!!...
It`s about fulfilling your dreams!!...
